Mr. Adel Haddadin is the Founder and Managing Director of Midas Advisory, leading the firm with a threefold focus: managing corporate finance clients, originating deal flow and investor relations, and overseeing business operations alongside a senior management team and external affiliates, including consultants, lawyers, and advisors.
Mr. Haddadin has over 22 years of international professional experience in investment banking, investment solutions, and management consulting. He is also the founder of Medallion Holdings, a B2B wholesale supplier of paper, adhesive labels, and specialty chemicals (solvent & disinfectants), and Quantimental Technologies, a vertical AI startup.
Before establishing Midas Advisory, Mr. Haddadin held positions at global institutions such as Standard Chartered Bank, EY, Union Bank, and Manulife Investment Management. His extensive career spans North America, Europe, and the Middle East, where he successfully executed transactions exceeding $10.7 billion.
Mr. Haddadin is a Chartered Investment Manager and holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Concordia University, an MBA from IE Business School, and an MSc in Financial Economics from Birkbeck, University of London. He is currently pursuing PhD-level research in Mathematical Sciences at Queen Mary University of London, specializing in Statistics for Financial Services and Artificial Intelligence technologies.
